We offer a pay online for collection in store service free of charge. Collection is from:

Zone 2 postcodes: WN2, WN5, WN6, WN7, WN8, BL5, BL4, WA12, W11, WN1
Out of delivery zone charges:
Up to 2kg: £3.00
2.1kg-5kg: £7.90
5.1kg-10kg: £8.95
10.1kg and over: £9.50
For frozen items there will be an additional £5 charge for delivery.
Any Returns should be sent to The Dog Outlet Unit 16 Kingfisher Court, Wigan, WN4 9DW. All goods need to be in the original new unopened condition as they was delivered to yourselves within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept any liability for products damaged in the post whilst transported back to us so please ensure you package the product securely when returning.
